Race track

Only on for a moment. Its been a long day. Here is a shot of the view I had of turns 3 and 4 of the Michigan International Speedway today. I got free tickets to the NASCAR Busch Series race and I went down there with a guy from work. With getting a little lost, from not knowing where I was going, it was a round trip of about 208 miles. And i was gone about 13 hours or so. It was a great day. I also got some good video, but missed the wrecks that happened in front of us because of dead batteries.

I wish I could have had a pit pass, but no I didn't. I had two batteries, and they both said full went they first went on, but they died quick. I got quite a few good shots though, except for the fact that most of them were pretty shaky. Guess my arms don't make a very good tripod. Even with the rain, and getting a little lost, it was the best day i've had in years.

way cool. I went to the races track here once since they built it. It was fun, loud but fun.
