What is sleep?

Its been a long time since I have been able to sleep good. Its almost 1:00 a.m. now and i'm still setting here. The last few months it seems that if I don't stay up this late I won't get any sleep. The other night i have went to bed around this time and slept until around 6:30 or 7:00. Last night i was tired so I went to bed about 11:30 and woke up at 3:30. I fell back asleep for a few minutes, but woke up about 4:30 and was awake from that point on. I think my internal clock is getting as screwed up as the rest of my insides.

I will try and think up a good story to write, would that help you sleep? :-)
One where Pandora and Gath meet by the stream? Or perhaps in the Castle?
I do hope you are feeling better.
I know what you mean about the sleep thing, I have the same problem, but using a relaxation meditation helps me. It only took me a few months to get it to work well. Now I can fall asleep in 10 minutes if nothing disturbs me while I do it.

I try to think of good things when I go to bed, and usually it will put me out like a light. But lately even that hasn't been working. Just been in a mood the last couple weeks and today it was even worse because of feeling like crap and having a bad headache.
