More storms
Another storm rolled through a few minutes ago, only lasted a few minutes. Lots of thunder, but no rain. Not staying on long, just wanted to check my email before it decides to build up again, but hotmail is being a nuisance so that idea is out.
Today was another long day. Even the topics of conversation at lunch held no interest for me today. And no Scooby Doo comic at the hobby shop this week either. I did pick up an Alice Cooper cd tonight that has some of the old songs on it like, School's out and Welcome to my nightmare.
I should be drawing something, but it got to be 90 degrees again today, so its almost too hot to set up here again. One of the gals at work asked me to draw her something with an eagle for her husband for father's day. I'm thinking an eagle head with a couple of skulls, but not sure about it yet. Have to sketch some out and see if I like it or not.

I love alice Cooper. Schools out is a good one, so is poison.
I've been trying to get my hubby to draw some more for me. I have one finished dragon from him and then a entire folder full of half finished pictures he's drawn for me.
My daughter's into Anime right now, she's gotton really good at drawing the faces. She gets that from him cause I can't draw a stick figure. lol
I have piles of unfinished drawings. And thats after going through and trashing a bunch of crap that was pretty useless stuff. My idea of the eagle with the skulls isn't looking the way I was hoping it would, so I am thinking of maybe doing a more cartoon style eagle. All she wanted was an eagle, she didn't say what it had to look like. hehe.
Until last night I hadn't really drawn anything in the last month or so. I'm also thinking about another self portrait. But, I haven't made up my mind on that one yet. I was walking past an empty store the other day on our lunch break and I was checking out the size of the front window area, which was sepreated from the rest of the shop by a wall that had its own door, and I had a thought that if I had my own business there there would be room enough to set up my drawing table right in there and anyone going by could see what I was doing. And the place was right on the main street thru town, so that would be good too. Not that I could ever afford to start my own business.
